This one bedroom cottage has been built to take advantage of the natural trade breezes with plenty of easy to open windows and shutters. If there is no breeze an overhead fan will keep you cool at night, however at 850ft above sea level, even in the summer the temperature is comfortable.

The two cottages have a private terrace with outdoor chairs & table as well as the surrounding garden which is yours to relax and enjoy. The cottage was built to be environmentally friendly with solar water heaters, 12v lighting and rain-water collections. There is also 110V power.

The cottage has a kitchen area with microwave, fridge-freezer, sink and hob, so if you chose to eat in you can do so easily. There is also an outdoor charcoal BBQ for some grilling under the stars.

Fully equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for gracious island living.  The Master Bedroom Pavillion with antique four poster bed, dressing room with its own sink and vanity and luxurious bath, connects by verandah to the Main Pavillion, featuring a great room, gourmet kitchen and  dining room.  A separate wing with two bedrooms, each with antique four poster beds and private sinks and vanities, are joined by a lavish bath.

This beautiful Caribbean-style villa is constructed of volcanic rock and mahogany and sits on 3 acres of gardens with banana trees, palm trees, tropical flowers and the occasional vervet monkey.    The very private house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large rattan filled living room/dining room, kitchen/bar which all open onto a spectacular verandah for outside dining, relaxing and taking in the views of Monseratt, Antigua and the Atlantic Ocean.  It is just a few steps down to the 20’ x 30’ pool.  All the flora and fauna that make Nevis unique can be appreciated from this idyllic spot high on Mt.
