This beautiful Caribbean-style villa is constructed of volcanic rock and mahogany and sits on 3 acres of gardens with banana trees, palm trees, tropical flowers and the occasional vervet monkey.    The very private house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large rattan filled living room/dining room, kitchen/bar which all open onto a spectacular verandah for outside dining, relaxing and taking in the views of Monseratt, Antigua and the Atlantic Ocean.  It is just a few steps down to the 20’ x 30’ pool.  All the flora and fauna that make Nevis unique can be appreciated from this idyllic spot high on Mt. Meadville Apartments is a family owned guest house started in 1984. The day-to-day operations are now managed by their eldest son. The Guest House overlooks Charlestown and offers a SPECTACULAR view of the ocean in the west which also provides a breathtaking sunset view from the very spacious porches. The east view consists of our beautiful mountain, Nevis Peak and provides a beautiful view of the sunrise. We are located 5 minutes from Charlestown (the town area) where you will find banks, post office, supermarkets and shopping. Charlestown also houses various business places and government offices which will allow business travelers ease of access from the guest house. The ferries which travel to and from our sister island St. Kitts are also located in Charlestown. We are also located just 10 minutes from the best beach on the island, Pinney’s Beach which has beach bars and restaurants.

The property consists of ten (10) rooms/apartments beautifully landscapes and surrounded by Palm trees which are very accommodating for shade and nice tropical breezes. The lower level of the building consists of an office, a bar and a lounge. There are also four (4) rooms located on this level. The rooms on the top level provide stunning views.
