Built only three years ago, Calamansi is a beautiful villa on the island of Nevis, often considered the friendliest island in the West Indies. 

It has 3-bedrooms and a private pool, and offers comfortable accommodation for six*. It is in an elevated position just inland from the northern tip of the island, and there are great sea and mountain views from all rooms. A continuous gentle breeze blows across from the Atlantic to the Caribbean, deterring most insects. For those not deterred, there are fly-screens on all windows, including the verandah.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with twin beds, and three bathrooms. The two double bedrooms are en suite, while the third bathroom is adjoining the twin bedded room and serving the rest of the house. 

All rooms have ceiling fans, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The accommodation comprises 2 Bedrooms (one double and 1 twin) each with en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning unit.
 
The newly fitted kitchen contains all cutlery, crockery, glassware etc necessary plus a large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
 
Internet access (not Wireless) can be found in the main indoor living area along with TV and CD/Radio.
 
All rooms have ceiling fans and the Villa enjoys cooling breezes from the mountain. All windows have fitted fly-screens which allow for windows to be left open when for ventilation when the house is occupied. The villa is also equipped with a safe in which you may wish to keep any valuables or travel papers.
 
There is a washing machine for the use of guests in the Laundry Room.
