Meadville Apartments is a family owned guest house started in 1984. The day-to-day operations are now managed by their eldest son. The Guest House overlooks Charlestown and offers a SPECTACULAR view of the ocean in the west which also provides a breathtaking sunset view from the very spacious porches. The east view consists of our beautiful mountain, Nevis Peak and provides a beautiful view of the sunrise. We are located 5 minutes from Charlestown (the town area) where you will find banks, post office, supermarkets and shopping. Charlestown also houses various business places and government offices which will allow business travelers ease of access from the guest house. The ferries which travel to and from our sister island St. Kitts are also located in Charlestown. We are also located just 10 minutes from the best beach on the island, Pinney’s Beach which has beach bars and restaurants.

The property consists of ten (10) rooms/apartments beautifully landscapes and surrounded by Palm trees which are very accommodating for shade and nice tropical breezes. The lower level of the building consists of an office, a bar and a lounge. There are also four (4) rooms located on this level. The rooms on the top level provide stunning views.

Built only three years ago, Calamansi is a beautiful villa on the island of Nevis, often considered the friendliest island in the West Indies. 

It has 3-bedrooms and a private pool, and offers comfortable accommodation for six*. It is in an elevated position just inland from the northern tip of the island, and there are great sea and mountain views from all rooms. A continuous gentle breeze blows across from the Atlantic to the Caribbean, deterring most insects. For those not deterred, there are fly-screens on all windows, including the verandah.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with twin beds, and three bathrooms. The two double bedrooms are en suite, while the third bathroom is adjoining the twin bedded room and serving the rest of the house. 

All rooms have ceiling fans, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
